Brian Tice
Brian is an entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer. His experience includes the development, management and pursuit of over $500M in multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Washington, DC Capital region as well as numerous in-fill value-add developments across the Southeast.
Brian is also the owner of The Charleston Property Company, a residential brokerage & property management firm with over 500 units under management.
Prior to pursuing business ventures, Brian served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps in infantry and special operations units for 10 years in combat, training and peacekeeping operations around the world.
He currently resides in Charleston, SC with his wife and two daughters.
